I entered the escrow industry in 1989 with an accumulated decade of commercial banking and retail experience already in hand. I fell in love with the challenges and rewards of this field immediately, obtaining my Limited Practice Officer's license within the first year.
2010 marks my 20th year in escrow; the challenges of our profession continue to expand and the satisfaction of a perfectly executed closing never gets old! |

I began a real estate associated career in 1989 as a real estate assistant in Wyoming and Colorado, relocating to Washington in 1993, and joining an independent escrow company as an escrow assistant. I thrive in the fast-paced environment of our industry and love the challenge of meeting deadlines and satisfying diverse needs under pressure.
2010 may be one of the more difficult years faced by the real estate industry. The experience I've gained allows me to guide our clients through this storm with flexible efficiency each and every time. |

I entered real estate as a mortgage loan processor in 2001, joining Lakewood Escrow as an escrow assistant in 2005. I love the challenges presented by the escrow business and strive to make every transaction "the best one yet!" I enjoy the teamwork that goes into each transaction and being a part of a well-oiled machine. Making sure that everyone is happy at the end of the day is my main goal. |
Cathy Hamilton-Wissmer - Escrow Assistant
I have worked in Escrow since 1991, both for independent escrow companies and title companies. I do a little bit of everything around the office. As the part-time help, you will often find me signing customers, clearing title, packaging for lenders, and dealing with long range projects.
I enjoy being outside. I love to read in the sun, garden, travel, and ski in the winter.
